Super Alloy Racing DH Spring – 140mm (POM Spacer Included)

$140.00

It has always been an issue with getting the perfect spring rate, so introducing a 25lb increment change enables the rider to include the spring a part of their tuning package thus buying two springs for different  types of riding or surface i.e. you would choose to go 25lb lighter for more high speed descent riding where  compression values increase their range  thus not relying on the spring so much for support.

Super Alloy Racing DH Spring – 140mm

Fitment; 215mm x 63mm, 222mm x 70mm, 241mm x 76mm. Fox, Rockshox, Marzocchi, Cane creek, Avalanche, Boss, DVO, using our POM Poly Mix spacer system which allows the fitment to any shock on the market from 222mm x 70 to 241x76mm.

This means that fitment is universal and the fatigue rate is very low, you notice in riding that in rebound you do not have to control a spring that is always close to its maximum working capacity i.e. in deep stroke return or rebound your settings are of lower value, you are controling lower spring energy at near bottom out, this means a more controlled rebound adjustment, in riding terms your bike feels more dynamic and responsive even when under preload situations.

Weights; All super alloy springs are lighter than its TI equivalent and maintaining a very low fatigue rate

Rate range 225lb though to 500lb in 25lb increments with a a accuracy with in 1.5%

Low retail cost, around half the cost of a quality TI spring

25LB Rate philosophy, It has alway been an issue with getting the perfect spring rate, so introducing a 25lb increment change enables the rider to include the spring a part of their tuning package thus buying two springs for different types of riding or surface i.e. you would choose to go 25lb lighter for more high speed descent riding where compression values increase their range thus not relying on the spring so much for support,or a slightly higher rate for more longer adventure or day riding where speeds are lower and the need to climb more often with back packs on. DH lite spring weights start at 322 grams lighter than its TI equivalent.
